Things Are Happening!
Things Are Happening is a gag-panel (or comic strip, or "funny") I gave birth to in October 2001, in the wake of a certain historical tragedy. Alan Alda's character in a Woody Allen movie once said "Tragedy plus time equals comedy." I didn't much feel like waiting for time, so I was hoping tragedy plus outrage might also equal something somewhat entertaining to someone. Believe it or don't, Things had a brief run in both the University of Texas' Daily Texan AND (I'm quite proud to say) The Texas Travesty.
I resuscitated the strip in July 2005 after my medication ran out.
